Program Description: Hike to Heal is a 6-session self-paced biweekly hiking and nutrition series beginning Saturday, June 28 at 8:00 AM.

Each session includes a self-paced hike (1.5 hrs ) followed by a 30-minute group nutrition session at a local sponsor venue.

This series is ideal for those navigating chronic illness, unresolved symptoms, or high-stress roles—offering structured support in step with the season.

Session Flow:
Each session follows a simple 3 part flow:

1. Ground + Set Intention –  arrive, connect, introductions, orient to the day’s theme
2. Pause + Reflect – Hike at your own pace, take part in a Trailside Ritual
3. Reflect + Integrate -Regroup post-hike for a 30-minute nutrition session,  to weave together what we explored + takeaway resource

Focus: Foundations + Orientation

Pre-hike group meet-up at the trailhead to set intentions, sign movement & nutrition consent form, introduce the Trailside Ritual Card, and review the flow of the program before the first hike begins.

This closing meal is more than a celebration—it’s a chance to apply everything we have explored over the six weeks:
– Blood sugar balance through intentional meal composition
– Digestive and liver support through seasonal, whole-food choices
– Hormone and immune nourishment through diverse nutrients
– Nervous system regulation through shared connection, rest, and joy

The menu will be thoughtfully curated to reflect the program’s principles:
gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and rich in essential fats, fiber, protein and colorful local foods.

It’s a full-circle moment to experience integration through food, shared space, and embodiment of the tools we’ve been practicing—together.

Note on Value & Structure:

This series offers access to the same tools and frameworks I use in private functional nutrition sessions (normally $150/hour), within a small group experience created for connection, integration, and momentum over time.

To support depth and individual attention, space is limited to 10 participants.

Each hike is self-paced and not guided participants are encouraged to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for their body.

As a Functional Nutrition Practitioner, I do not diagnose, prescribe, treat or heal medical conditions. This series is educational and not a substitute for medical care.

Each week will include local sponsor offerings.

Bring any snacks and gear that support your comfort on the trail.
