TEND = Tune In • Explore • Nourish • Digest
TEND Women’s Workshop series is a monthly Functional Nutrition group circle designed for women struggling with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions and unresolved symptoms. It’s a place to connect, share, and grow—tending to the soil beneath symptoms through story, discussion, and practical tools.
TEND unfolds over three months, creating space for integration — time to learn, practice, and reflect between gatherings.
At its core, TEND is about tending the soil — the internal environment where the roots of our health have formed, adapted, and grown over time.
