TEND = Tune In • Explore • Nourish • Digest
TEND Women’s Workshop Circle is a once-a-month group session designed for women struggling with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions and unresolved symptoms. It’s a place to connect, share, and grow—tending to the soil beneath symptoms through story, discussion, and practical tools.
TEND is a monthly women’s workshop circle that unfolds over six months, creating space for integration — time to learn, practice, and reflect between gatherings.
At its core, TEND is about tending the soil — the internal environment where the roots of our health have formed, adapted, and grown over time.
📍 Location: Natural Grocers
📍 Address: 1195 N Milwaukee St, Boise ,Idaho
🗓 When: Starts February 7th @ 9 -10:15am
This circle is guided by the primary tool used in functional nutrition and functional medicine — a framework that helps us understand how systems connect, where patterns begin, and what the body is asking for over time.
We begin by revisiting the foundational elements of health that are often missed in healthcare, building a shared language and practical tools participants can return to again and again.
TEND is for women seeking connection, clarity, and relief — especially those navigating chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, or unresolved symptoms.

Group Programs include : an overview of my process, services, and the ways functional nutrition may complement existing models of care.
Optional add-ons:
Extra time for Q&A or expanded topics
